What are the Myvitamins™ Energy Gels?

Myvitamins™ Energy Gels provide a combination of Glucose and Fructose in a carbohydrate based hyperosmolar energy gel. This is provided in a 2:1 ratio of Glucose to Fructose and delivers over 25g of carbohydrates in a great tasting gel. The gels also provide a unique blend of electrolytes and B vitamins and are available in four great flavours which include; Cherry, Cream Soda, Lemon and Lime, and Rhubarb.

Myvitamins™ Energy Gels provide over 25g of carbohydrates sourced from Maltodextrin and Fructose in a 2:1 ratio. Energy Gels also provide a unique electrolyte blend of sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium.

The high carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise.

The Energy Gels also provide a blend of B vitamins which will contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Who are Myvitamins™ Energy Gels Suitable for?

Myvitamins™ Energy Gels are ideal for anyone competing in high intensity physical activity and are looking to increase their carbohydrate intake with the addition of electrolytes. It is recommended to consume these before, during or after physical activity.

We recommend consuming 1 gel 45 minutes prior to exercise and a further gel every hour during exercise. We also recommend consuming 1 gel immediately after an intense bout of exercise or competitive sport.
